I finally resolved the issue with VMware. I just needed to run the
post-install and corrected the LDAP and Desktop Sync services; everything is
running good after that.

I do see on SIP Phone that the time is showing 00:00. All the setting as per
config are there on phone only one missing is sntp server on Phone which is
showing as 0.0.0.0.
How to set sntp value from IOS for SIP phones.?
