CUC allows all callers to record a message - caller can review message before
sending it fine - but outside caller (PSTN or CUCM / CCME callers without a
mailbox on the system) messages for a subscriber are never delivered to the
subscriber's mailbox. Subscriber to subscriber messages
I recently had a similar issue after a two step upgrade to 8.5 something.
During the upgrade process, the local vm domain became corrupt in the db. I had
to set it to something else, save it then set it back to the original and save
it again.
