The h323-gateway voip bind srcaddr command defines what address the gateway uses for RTP connections. You have 10.10.110.1 being used for Gatekeeper (RAS) signaling, and 10.10.200.3 being used for CUBE because of the h323-gateway voip bind srcaddr command. If you want everything to appear as

So I think there could be a couple different things to check here 1. What protocol are the 7961s running? 7960 protocol? If you're running a mixture of SIP and SCCP on these phones you will need to setup a NTP reference for the device pool to which the SIP phones are part of. This
