I have never been able to successfully ping the PSTN fastethernet0/0 interface (10.10.100.2) from the HQ router (or from BR1 and BR2). In an earlier lab I used the HQ router as the NTP master since I could not reach 10.10.100.2 on the PSTN router. Has anyone else run into this problem and resolve
