Can you post you list of how everything is connected and the config of you hq
switch?
So say hq router fa 0/0 to hq sw port 1/0/1 and pstn fa0/0 to hq sw 1/0/24

So how is your linksys connected to the HQ switch, presumably you have no
vlans on the linksys so it should be in a vlan10 access port on the HQ
switch.
Can you ping the HQ router from the HQ Switch? Can you ping the PSTN
router from the HQ switch.

Check your switch config... is the native vlan 10 on the trunk to HQ. Is
the access port for the pstn router up and in vlan 10. Is vlan 10 active
(sh vlan) . Make sure that you don't have an SVI in vlan 10 with a
conflicting address.

Yes, the first three commands I put in on every device are, cdp run, cdp ad
