I have windows 7 and CUPC version 8.6.2.XX installed. Will it fully work with
the proctorlabs CUCM,UNITY Presence versions ?

Earlier this year I purchased the blended learning solution from ipExpert. This
includes some bootcamps, workbook 1 and workbook2 (along with some other
items). Right around the same time ipExpert released CCIE Voice 5 Lab Handbook.
I was wondering if that handbook is worth the price of entry

Froom my expierence, let me just say the new labs are great and are worth the
money!!! Every penny.
I would recommend to to you and everyone, to buy them. They have many new tasks
that are really focused on what you really need
I believe it to be well worth it. I think its on sale right now too, or at
least it was. I know people who have used them personally and passed so that
should give you a good indication. In the same breath, I don't think they are
a replacement for the other items you mentioned. For example,

Workbook 2 is a great education, but the 5 lab set is a better prep for the
lab.
My only criticism of the 5 lab set is that the labs seem somewhat short.

I didn't use this version but if you didn't get the answer on the forum then
it's better to confirm that through the compatibility matrix document on Cisco
website.

The release notes for CUPC 8.6.2 state that you need CUPS 8.x. You should be
good on the UCM and CUC versions. It's probably best to just use the CUPC that
is on the CCX server desktop on Proctorlabs.

If you have RSVP between SA and SC, make sure that the transcoder at SC is
above the MTP in the MRGL assigned to SC.

hi folks,
for site c when it is in srst mode, i made the call to sc phone1 and
transferred the active call via transfer button and left a voice mail.. when i
listen to voicemail it prompts the internal extension as the caller rather
prompting as an unknown caller..
