The said configuration is all done in the CUCM. gk-trunk has tech prefix 1#, there is TP configured to remove the leading 1# etc., you probably missed that I get the call to the CUCM phone for so short that you can't think to pick it up and it drops from ucm phone, and ucme phone gets fast bus

Check the tech prefix in BR2 base on the command h323-gateway voip tech-prefix 1# is using 1 like the CUCM. Try using anything else like 2 and create an inbound dial peer and remove the tech prefix at the CME. I usually do this with the same transformation profile for the inbound call from the PS
