Thanks for the Advise. CCIE salary expectations vary on time and they also vary on Geography. Currently a CCNP in CR (Costa Rica) makes somewhere 25K a year. (Yeah we are cheap, perhaps not as cheap as India) and a CCIE makes somewhere aroun 50K a year. You can leave pretty decently on this count
