a h323 gateway. However codec requirements is that intra-site calls should use
g711 while inter-site calls use g729.

could you try clearing the configuration and logs from your PC, restarting
CUPC then sending us the log files ?
Also please remeber to enable detailed logging from CUPC...

Ravindra is correct, I've just double checked:
- applying ip rsvp bandwidth to a subinterface automatically applies it to
the physical interface
- if you delete it from the physical interface, rsvp calls fail
- if you delete it from the subinterface it will NOT be deleted from the
