folks,
we have following 2 IP phones registered to same CALL Manager.
And there is active call between Phone A Phone B
Below are the Line Level setting of both Phones

Hello everyone,
I am just curious how many gateways (H.323, MGCP ) can be configured on a
router ? I tried to configured two interfaces on my router with H.323 using
different ip addresses it didn't work on the second interface i got error
message gateway already configured.

You're close. The holder (phone that is initiating the hold) dictates the
audio file and the holdee (phone being held) uses its configured Moh server.
An example would be if user A is a help desk or other agent and has a
recorded voice (special offers, website url, general tips, etc) as the moh
