I just took it last week to recertify my CCIE and it is still based on 4.X.

I have my transcoder registered in CME and I can call into CUE from HQ.
I have BACD setup and I can call into it from the PSTN, however I can't
call into BACD from HQ. Any ideas?

call connect ?
I had the same issue sometime ago and unchecking the wait for far end
capability set and after that reset the trunk and GK fix the issue .

1. No bandwidth limitations
2. Yes, it works internally from CME
Overlay DNs shouldn't be used as primary lines. Assign each phone an unique
primary DN and try your config on button 2.

If callmanager group is setup correctly with sub, pub for redundancy and you
configure a GK-controlled trunk named gk-trunk, that is exactly how they
should register. Sub as gk-trunk_1 and Pub as gk-trunk_2. Check your GK
Trunk's DP/CCM group.

BlankI would say be ready for either scenario. It should be at the default
config prompt, but it's not unheard of to have devices (ATA, VG248, CUE, etc.)
with left config from the previous tester.
Also know how to recover CUE from rebooting due to a memory leak. There was a
link on the Cisco
Trying to get calls from CCM to CME via GK and vice versa to connect at g711
first and then connect at g729 after 1 g711 call is up because CAC doesn't
allow for 2 g711 calls. This works perfectly in the direction from CCM to CME,
however from CME to CCM the call rings in, I try to answer it,
Anderson,
- Put the Moh Server inside a G.711 region (to always get 239.1.1.1 port 16384
group) Required
- Also put the TTL on the Multicast Group under Moh Server to 1 -- Required
- Disable ip pim on the serial interfaces and enable multicast-routing globally
on HQ and BR1 plus the
Call from x7001 on CCM to x1001 on CME with CUE pilot of 1119. Forward-all to
VM and Call-Forward-Busy to VM both work, however Call-Forward-No-Answer to VM
connects but just plays dead air. Any ideas?
Here's the config:
!
version 12.4
service timestamps debug datetime msec
service timestamps
