In question 4.3, the last part of the requirement states that phones at Site C
should always see "To +1408xxx" when they make TEHO calls to the Site B
PSTN number. To achieve this, I created a translation pattern of
9001.408XXX to +1408XX. I then created a route pattern for +1408 a

I am having a problem when leaving messages for users that were imported
from CUCM when the extension leaving the message is not defined as a user
in Unity Connection. Here are the details:
