Well, I'll admit that local route groups is not one of my strengths. I
haven't used them yet, and I'm not yet
This isn't from the workbooks, but hopefully good discussion. If you are
designing a dial plan where the PSTN requires 11 digits for both local and LD,
what have some of you done to apply calling restrictions so that certain phones
(lobby, breakroom, etc.) can only dial local calls. We don't

put them in their own css and add a translation pattern blocking the numbers
you want in the same css at the line level

Add the local area codes you want to permit as local... So, for
Chicago, 312, 708, 773, 224, 630, 847 and 815, every other 11 digit
number would match the LD pattern.
