If you click on the services on the left side of your CUPC Health status it will give additional information pertaining to that section, IE: Presence. Have you checked your ACL on the CUPS? Maybe you forgot to add the allow for the HQ subnet. I assume the BR1 users work fine, only issue is with

Done the integration and if I go to User management and end users all of my BR1 show devices, but all my HQ phone do not show devices. I have checked my line to user association all good. I have checked my End user in cucm- all good. I have compared all of them and cannot figure out what could
