Matching default voip dial-peer 0 for inbound voip can also work fine but it has VAD enabled by default and can choose any codec which can cause issues. This is to match inbound call coming from CUCM. Dial-peer 3000 voip will be used to matched inbound voip calls as well as outbound voip calls. Inbound in terms to call coming from cucm to h323 GW and outbound in terms of call coming from PSTN/GW to CUCM for inbound phone calls. 2011/11/6 bruno
