Glancing at the config: Your PSTN is on Vlan 10, yet you have your voice vlan setup as Vlan 20 on FA0/16. Just run your phone on the access vlan or adjust your voice vlan to 10. Next you could setup a static IP and TFTP server on the phone. If that works then switch back to DHCP and verify/trou
