If you access the Call Viewer from Unity Tools Depot > Switch Integration
Tools > Call Viewer you will be able to see any calls even when they have
completed.
Also- could you try del

C:\CommServer\Utilities\ToolsDepot have 0 bytes size.

Is there a way to record MWI

C:\CommServer\Utilities\ToolsDepot have 0 bytes size.
Cheers

Restarted CCM service - still no MWI on manager's phone.
MWI does light up if I configure an Ass

CSS_M_E).
