Thanks for the replies. :) All I did was re-issue the command "ip rsvp
bandwidth 136" and it was ok. Now I re-issued "ip rsvp bandwidth 18" so I
can tryout AAR, and it's working nice here. =)
As I develop on those labs and training at work, I see that CCIE is a chess

1) Check that the MTPs are registered to CUCM.
2) restart CCM service on all CUCM servers.
3) check that you made the RSVP policies mandatory.
4) check that enabled AAR.
5) try debug and show commands.
6) no sccp / sccp.

Ok, after I re-issued the command ip rsvp bandwidth 136 on each
subinterface, I was able to make a call go through. Now, I wanna reduce
