I have solved the issue,
There was a command - call fallback active - on SRST Router.
When I have removed that command, the calls were made succesfuly to CUCME
through GK.
But what does that command means?

very far...the SRST router has no knowledge of the callmanager gatekeeper

In addition, I could see in GK debug output, that it send the ACF in reply
to ARQ from SRST.
But I cannot see any H225 message towards the CUCME from SRST.
The "debug cch323 h225" and "debug h225 asn1" does not gives any output
after receiving the ACF from GK.
