Not sure, I ran into the same problem and futzed with the settings and
it worked...

I have checked the port channel settings and all I see is a DTMF
interdigit timeout
but on the phone system there are DTMF selections for "enable for supervised
transfers" and "enable for farward message notification"
So I should rempove the command on the router for MGCP dtmf relay
For Analog, the DTMF is in band, so you need to relay it...
Check the DTMF settings on the port group in CUC...

Have have unityconnection 7.0.1 and a 2801 with 3 POTS lines. and when a
incomming call comes it it hits the AA. and it says the defualt dial an
extension at any time, but when ever I dial an extension I get "did not
recognize that"
I am running the 2801 as a MGCP gateway.
