Did you set up the softphone to use G729? If so, and IPCC is 711-only (IPCC is either or, so, if you install it as 711, you need a transcoder for 729 to talk to it...)... However, you say you hear dead air... does the call disconnect? Or does the line stay open? You may just have a prompt issue..

I am using ipblue softphone DN1003 with DP,location HQ same as route point. when made call to route point 1700, call can connected but there is no sound...:( call to other phones 1002 etc is working fine. anyone experience same problem? i am using pod12 how can i troubleshoot this ? Sara
