I had a problem on my first Lab attempt. It was not similar to this, but I
paid my exam with my friend's credit card. Here in Brazil, people call the
card's owner to confirm transaction, specially because it's a very high
amount. So, mistakenly, my friend said he didn't do such transact
I had the same thing happen to me. I was able to get it fixed by calling
and opening a ticket

Correct Ken, 3 attempts in each track and valid for all Full time Cisco
employee's.

how long has it been since you applied the exam ?
I had similar issue when i took the exam and the certification support
team sort it out for me
