Dear Kaushik, This is a known bug that shouldn't have made it out into in any CCP4 releases and has been fixed. With any luck, updating CCP4 should fix it. If you're on a headless machine (one with no monitor), you can update CCP4 with the command: /home1/nkumar/software/ccp4-7.0/bin/ccp4um -a
