Sheila, Hydrogen bonds, ionic (i.e. salt bridge), and polar (dipole) interactions are often collectively called electrostatic interactions. Note that dipole interactions involve partial charges. If you want to exclude dipole interactions, you have say so specifically in your manuscript.
