minimum concentration of ammonium dibasic phosphate if I would like to use
it as cryoprotectant?

Try 80% saturated Lithium sulfate (2.5M) instead.
Just transfer the crystals and if it does not work
let me have more precise crystallization conditions and I will post you
other options.

for example
ammonium formate, an excellent cryosalt.
If you try the experiment and let the BB know the result.
