cdrecord 1.10 with FreeBSD 4.4 problems

Tried to find an archive of this list before posting, but failed. Haven't found the subscribe information either, only its address on Jorg's cdrtools site. So please include me in your replies. Am having problems with cdrecord and cdrdao (using schily-0.5) under a fresh update of FreeBSD 4.4.
