4.22.6 where users weren't able to connect to AIM. It also introduces

Vadim cause it introduces the same error again. My fix in commit
6ca7dfb02867ae9cc9769cd81886600f63ee1647 works find. It attaches only
-dirty when the tree is not clean. With Glazunov's patch it always
attaches -dirty.

contained changes from centericq. Then i created a new ChangeLog from
