Let me explain it more. I have two servers (Coldfusion server and IIS
server), I made a folder called JrunTest and put in it one file
(test.cfm) with an image which is called from previous file, I used the
jrun connector on IIS server to map the folder on coldfusion server.

We run ours through a splitter, cable modem and cable box - doesn't seem
to effect our speed that we notice

It shouldn't - but the cable lines aren't like power lines - each split
effectively halves the signal.
So, in other words, if you're full single is one one splitter would make
two lines with .5 and another splitter would make one .5 line and two
.25 lines.That's simplistic, but that's the way
I've really got to ask the brand of crack your smoking here. This is the silliest thing I've heard in a long while. Any CF pro would find the problem within about 5 minutes. This is not a common error (nor is access 2k a common used DB) so after the ODBC, the security is the second or third thing
