We just tested a couple of Sony tie-clip and standard clip mikes. All
worked well. All were designed to stay out of the way and be inconspicuous.
For my phone(s) I use Plantronics. I've got an over-the-head version at
home, and a convertible (over the ear, over the head) at work.

I've used a Plantronics for years and it's been pretty good. I only use it
to chat with people online, so I don't know how good it is for training demo

I've seet my file types to open certain files in different applications other than the windows defaults. Everything is working great except for files with .PDF extensions. They always get open up in IE.
