The tri is March 11th and the distance for that is 400 yard swim/5 mile bike/2 mile run. I don't really have a goal in terms of time for it, as I'm not sure what's realistic. But, I'm feeling more confident now after doing these last couple of bricks. I'd like to be able to do that run at a 6mph p
