Can't be. Didn't put down the animal in one shot. And it doesn't
take much light to know that torturing fleeing animals for

No sense trying to convice ol Gruss otherwise... He's all grown up and
enlightened and stuff. All his neighbors think so too I'm sure. Also no
sense in trying to tell him that a .50 caliber weapon is the appropriate
tool for the job...

My point was that:
1.) There's no reason to shoot the animal unless it's part of a
management cull and if it is you take the animal in one shot.
Professionals use the right tool for the job - if can't or won't then

Luckily for our entertainment The Donald is always willing to share his opinion:
Trump says Elisabeth "is one of the dumber people on television" and
"an imbecile" for supporting the war in Iraq -- and even crowned Rosie
the winner of that feud.

Well, now THERE'S a good point. DAMN I loves me some crispy bacon.
And, hey, if that little fat hillbilly dumbfuck can kill a 1000lb hog
with a spork ... well ... that's getting closer to real hunting.

So running around the woods torturing animals, and encouraging my kids
to do it, would make me a man?
HA! Nope. I think it would just make me an ignorant pussy.
Everybody knows there only one type of real hunting and that's hunting
men.
Someone geld you in the last 6 months?

The thing I have against hunting and fishing is the insane hours that
people choose to get up in order to go. I just can't force myself to
get up at 3:00 am and then sit in the cold hoping to catch or shoot
something.
Aside from that, I don't have a problem with either. Fishing has to
be better

Yup. For about 20 years I was an avid fisherman, including fly
fishing. I've hunted deer, birds (phesant, grouse, etc) as well as
rabbits, squi
Have you ever gone hunting? Or how about fishing? I'm not going to try to

kill my own food either, but it hasn't stopped me from hunting pig, deer,
elk, turkey and a variety of small game. The goal is always a one shot

I don't know about you, but I've never seen a 1000lb puppy.. this
'puppy' could easily have killed the kid, or you, or any person.
I don't think his intention was to have to shoot the thing 8 times, I
assumed he wanted to kill it with one shot, after all those .50
bullets aren't cheap heh

But they don't need the food and if you can't kill an animal in one
blow, then it's just torture: the intentional infliction of pain,
agony, and fear purely for your amusement.

If it does, then we'll just have the rest of the Middle East and Al
Quaeda leadership to contend with. Assuming, of course, that Al
Quaeda doesn't pour across the Iraqi border again. Or isn't
, we haven't changed all that much from those cavemen. Granted, now you
have an 11-year old hunting a giant boar with a .50 pistol (talk about a
hand cannon), but the instinct is still the same.
