Backup Software

So far I've dodged the bullet but it's now time to for me to get serious about backing up data. I'm thinking of purchasing a NAS and putting 4 1TB disks in it and using that as the backup system. Does anyone have any suggestions for software that will back my servers (all wind2k3+) up to the NAS?
