So far all they have is my email address and Bay Area, which covers a lot of territory. I don't think I have time to play -- as I recall the ad asked for hardware/network troubleshooters. Windows installs are boring. Might have spent an evening doing this for the extra cash but... yeah. Such work

I answered an ad for a tech and received a reply asking for a quote. Now the person is saying they are going to ship the computers to me. The alleged proposed work (straightforward Windows + Office installs) does not justify this expense imho but I dont't get what he gets from my name and address
