On July 1, House Democrats attached a provision that "deemed as passed" a
non-existent $1.12 trillion budget. This execution of the "deeming"
provision allows congress to start spending money for Fiscal Year 2011
without the the constraints of a budget.

drag your old mail over. You can also POP an external account from within
gmail's web interface. That may or may help.
