revenge. I hope that the media attention does not

He has at least got a decent defense attorney now. I went to college
with Mark O'Mara. He is a good man, and a very good lawyer.

Well that's good to know. That's one key person down...now we just need a
good judge, and then a good jury.

Yes, 2nd degree murder, which I believes also allows for a lesser
conviction on Manslaughter, does involve a jury trial. I'm curious
about the location of the trial. I'm guessing that the defense will
push to move it to a far away venue in hopes of a less prejudiced jury

You want to learn more about how to use it every single little bit of it

Yes... and no. As with any medium for marketing it depends on the product
and it depends on the campaign. A poor marketing campaign isn't going to
engage people no matter how many ads you buy or how many different mediums
you utilize. This isn't quite a case of if you build it they will come.

I still don't think the company is worth billions. They have eyeballs and
there's value in that. But still, there is nothing that amazing about their
product. No real technology innovation. And there are all those privacy
negatives. It's good for what it does but I would not buy the stock.

Being the next big thing is rarely about a technological innovation...and

I am not arguing with its success...i think FB is wildly successful and will

He is entitled to a jury trial, but he could waive that right and be

claiming self defense, and invoking some aspects of Florida's Stand

wants his day in court.

With lists and permissions you can have only certain things appear to
