What possible argument could anyone have to oppose gay marriage that would
not contain the sense that for some reason a "straight marriage" is
superior to a "gay
He doesn't even have a legitimate legal opinion when he states that it's not
the SCOTUS' job to compare state and federal laws to the Constitution...that
is exactly their job as per the Constitution.
