What happens if you try it with just the one episode, so that its guarenteed to fit on the disc. Also when you mentioned wrong format, where is that error message being displayed? within the Nero environment or on the target DVD player. If its on the target, what happens if you play the disc on t

You need to run the AVI through one of the Nero helper apps... I dont have the correct version of Nero installed on my work machine, but basically its called something like NeroVisionExpress... That will convert the avi into the appropriate formats (allowing you to add menus etc) and then either
