the 'welcome' div. You're probably ok removing the height designation
altogether.

Hi All,
I'm flat out stuck on a CSS issue that is over my head and I'm hoping someone
can throw me a life line.
The design for our new site has been done for a while but something done
recently caused an issue with IE7 and I cant figure out for the life of me what
happened.
The site is as ht
I punted, and went with a css background image with padding. works
fine, and i feel lighter using css.

invested to not solve it, even though the project has moved on.
Thanks a ton for the leads.

I have some existing code I need to style properly. I cannot (at this
time) change the html elements, just need to get them working right.
Trying to add an icon image to the end of a string. In ff and safari,
no problem. In IE without the

Hi All,
If anyone can lend a spare a moment I need a little CSS help.
I am working on a new site and it needs to be div based not table based. I'm
pretty close to having the style sheets working but there are a couple of
problems that are beyond my basic grasp of CSS.
The left navigation

In this menu there is only one submenu (selectable menu).
However, to answer the question, as far as I am concerned, the selected menu
can remain open until clicked Again to close (as it is designed currently).

How are you thinking of handling "multiple expansions"--
I have a CFM page where I have a CSS menu. (Yes, I know if you see any
absolute positioning that it is slightly frowned upon) .
What I am trying to accomplish should be simple but either I have not enough
caffeine or too much one or the other since it is
just not coming to me.
