Forgot to mention - the EPA requires them to submit Tier II reports on
gasoline storage, but I think anything under 75,000 gallons is exempt. So

in person? If so did they give you a receipt? That receipt shouldn't
have the fuel charge on it assuming you and the attendant looked over
the car upon return.
