Someone said I should go through the streets with a bell saying "old drives for new" and trade all the smaller ones for new empty ones. I thought about it but do I really want to ruin people like that? Even an 80 gig drive has over 5,500 comics on it and you can't just read one. An even stupide

Nope. That's still an achilles heel of Vista. Everything is damned slow. I never get anywhere near my full MB/s on my SATA Raid 0 1RPM Raptors. It's insane really :-\ And SP1 made this a bit better, but not by much. Transferring files, or copying files from one spot to another on the same Har

We're talking images in zip/rar files. No 'real' programs to speak of. Just terabytes of comic files. If the drive is rarely used then the chance of failure is very small. Most of the files I have are already on drives so its more a question of getting them off of smaller ones (80 gig+) and onto a
