There are indeed bark collars that will shock the dog when they bark. Generally
I suggest people start with a citronella collar that just sprays the dog with
citronella when they bark, a bit more hu

collar. It isn't fun but it isn't especially painful. Dog trainers will tell
you that shock collars are effective are perfectly humane. I don't know
