Yes, Clinton's inaction after the Cole bombing was despicable. Our lack of
response to the Khobar Towers bombing didn't help either, but we had very
little cooperation from the Saudis in that matter. The Yemenis were quite
helpful(in comparison, anyway) after the Cole attack. We certainly learn
I just don't think this would work. bin Laden would love it. he and his
group would see America as week and incapable. The attacks would keep
coming, faster and faster.
We did nothing after the USS Cole was hit and look what happened.

The way I see it there are very few ways to react to and resolve this
situation. Granted I am but a low-level programmer and have only seen one
war (The Gulf War) from the safety of a Canadian air base. So my thoughts
may be flawed, I accept that.
