I dont know if gmail has it, but the google apps email is using an
authenticator...either via an app on your iPhone/Droid or via a text message
sent to your phone when you log in. You get a code and have to enter that

The chick pea is neither a chick, nor a pea. Discuss.

There was extreme debate on this list regarding the 2000 elections. I
was the brunt of a lot of dissing because I was adamant (and still am)
that the election was stolen.
I've found the recently if no one discusses politics, the list is all
but silent.
So you want discussion other than politics,
Was he ever around in 2000? The earliest message I have from him in
my archives is December, 2004.

Yeop. This list took a definite swing towards political topics around
the end of 2001.
I used to comment that I found cf-community interesting because there
wasn't all of the arguing that many communities have. It still isn't
bad, but it is definitely not like it was before that shift. It wa
You are some sort of trip.

I go with the creds.
If you continue to read a source that's always wrong then you have a
problem. If you read a source that's proven again and again to be
closest to the mark then you tend to trust it more. I have several of
these. Many on this list used to swear by Michael Moore. After many

I think this issue can be easily handled through a Gruss-like decision list.
To decide to whether or not the list is nastier than it used to be, we can
break it down to 3 (and only 3) possibilities:
1. CF-Community was much more nasty in 2000 because aliens were invading our

Of course your opinion can be one that aligns with the right and be solely
yours. I come to my opinion about you based on the sources and the spin it
seems you push. It seems to me you'll say something extremely cynical of
something left leaning, then post a link to a site or news source with very
and SWEET a fight about who fights or doesnt. and what it isnt or is about.
and how it was or wasnt fightier.
blah. maybe, we can all just have these conversations in our heads and insert
the people here at the right spot in the script of the story :)
let's all try this... be unpredictable.
