Interesting that virtually the same diet...Atkins... is ridiculed as "un-healthy" and "will kill you" Tell me, does South Beach also have a portion of the diet whereupon raching your goal weight you level off at what amounts to a healthy diet balancing Protein, Fat, Carbs, etc.? Revolutionary.

Well I followed Sandy's recommendation for my meals and I've lost around 10 pounds in two weeks. Thanks for all the advice and info! On a side note. Since I've changed my diet, I've noticed a few other changes beside losing a few pounds. I used to have oily skin on my forehead and now its gone.
