I'll be sticking with this for a long time! Plus, when it gets warmer,
I'm going to start rock climbing again. I get a real work out and have a
great time doing it.

Ugh, yes, if only it were true. But it isn't...Atkins (who has BTW
modified and refined the diet over the years) recommends that one stay
away from refined flours and sugars and recommends higher dietary fi
d anything!

Interesting that virtually the same diet...Atkins... is ridiculed as
"un-healthy" and "will kill you"
Tell me, does South Beach also have a portion of the diet whereupon
raching your goal weight you level off at what amounts to a healthy diet
balancing Protein, Fat, Carbs, etc.?

On a side note. Since I've changed my diet, I've noticed a few other
changes beside losing a few pounds. I used to have oily skin on my
forehead and now its gone.
