Here is a fun fact about having no air conditioning: I was thawing some
ground beef for dinner tomorrow. I took about two pounds out around 8:00. It
is now 10:20 and the meat looks as though it has completely defrosted. There
is actually a little bit of blood seeping through the plastic wrap and
