This happened to me recently - and I think it's just a terribly worded way of
making you change your password every so often, but I'm not sure.

proper username and password. The message I got was that I forgot my password
and should have it sent to me. I KNOW I didn't forget my password so I tried
again and again. Finally, I just had the reset password link sent
