We cheat and use canned or jarred sauce bought on sale. For the dough, the easiest way I have come up with is to find a recipe where you can throw it all in a food processor. We can whip up the dough for 3 large pies in about 15 minutes. Comes out perfect every time now. Cheers, Erika >>| -O
