will grow in light shade but not produce as large a crop as plants growing in

Do potatoes have to have full sunlight in order to grow?
Meaning - before one of oyu smart-alecs answer :P - do the tires have to
be in the full sun ... Or would a shaded area also work? I know they are
buried in the soil, but I didn't know if had to get really hot ... I
know the tires really keep
Another gardening tidbit.
If you have brussel sprout bushes in your garden, mowing them down with a mower
in the late fall will bring them back up bigger and healthier the next year. (I
was trying to kill them)

Hey, this brings back memories of our garden back in the early 80's.
We always grew potatoes this way as far as I remember. I would have
forgotten all about it if you hadn't reminded me of this. We're about
to start a garden at our new house so timing was excellent. Now, if
only it would stop r
Ours had paint (mostly faded). Bright colored flowers painted by visiting kids.
It was a puzzle reassembling the tires in the right order to rebuild the
painting correctly.
I might suggest abstract shapes that line up regardless of stacking order.
