I purchased a copy of it and had a terrible time. I did every thing I
could to get it to work and it never would. I couldn't get it to use
stored procedures at all and very little of my very basic code would run
with it. I was really excited about using it and got great support from

I hear good things about BD, I belong to the BD mailing list and it's got about the same kinds of questions as any CF list
You could always just write the site in .NET for free and have learned something along the way. It's not terribly difficult to do.
