Following up from Mikey's comments about the courses Erika and I both sing the praises of Adam & David Churvis' courses - they're a week long, but VERY worth it Depending on the course, you can come away with some amazing new knowledge that can change the way you work completely (well, almost )

It all depends on the class and who's giving it. I'm about to do a class on Regular Expressions and people will come away from it knowing the topic or being dead (yes, I'm that good).
