I've only heard good things about Adam's courses and I've got great respect for
the man. He once contacted me to make sure that all the food he'll be serving to
some orthodox Jewish students would be 100% kosher. He went well beyond what

Following up from Mikey's comments about the courses
Erika and I both sing the praises of Adam & David Churvis' courses -
they're a week long, but VERY worth it
Depending on the course, you can come away with some amazing new
knowledge that can change the way you work completely (well, almost )
I prefer books, but I REALLY prefer books and time equivalent to the class
to work through the books.
