Only ever had one problem with them, it was my fault (I misconfigured
something and couldn't work out how to reset it) and their tech support via
email was really good.
The website admin side can be a bit of a maze sometimes but everything is
there and easy to use once you find it.

Godaddy is the best. Have over 50 domains in my account with them and no
problems with them at all. Great tech support when you have questions.

I'm a GoDaddy reseller and I wouldn't use anyone else.
Love their management tools, they are easy to deal with and phone
support is awesome.
Definitely go with GoDaddy.

Erika

Try this one:

Am able to administer quite a bit using their interface instead of emailing
support.

We have started using godaddy dns for most of our domains since it's a pain
in the ass to get these types of tasks completed at the host level with
datapipe and hostmysite.
We haven't had to call them either.

I have all my domains at GoDaddy. Personally I have not had any issues
with them.
If I recall they do provide DNS hosting but do not think it is free.
Have to check their
Website.
In regards to how easy it is to use their domain tools, I would have to
say REALLY EASY!
